The Greatest Suicide Gank Ever

It started just like any other day in Eve.  Checking my market orders, seeing what was going on.  It was the boring time.  The time between two wars ending and two more beginning.  The sleepy time where there's nothing really good to do.  So my good friend Kikko comes up with the idea to go suicide ganking.  I had never partaken in the sport previously so I decided "Why not?!"  I spent more than I probably should have fitting out a decent Corax and he and I and our other friend decided to head out and find some poor sap in a Retriever.  

So away we went.  It took some time but finally we picked a guy at a crowded belt.  Our choice was entirely random.  We swoop in and get a nice kill and were surprised further when we all got a decent bounty payout as well.  1M each.  Happy with our kill we watched local, hoping for a few tears.... when someone whom we hadn't even killed says something.  We're not sure what he's talking about but we wait and listen.  Then he mentions a... permit?  We decide to read Lester's bio.  (Lester being the one whom was ganked!)

Some guy is running a racket in the system.  Pay the "indulgence" or get bumped.  The guy we killed happened to be the ONLY one who had actually purchased a permit.  We didn't even know shit like this existed in High Sec.  Oh but Kikko picked up on it in a hurry and he ran with it.  He kept it going for awhile while I read him snippets of "The Code" on Vent for him to work into his speech.  It was perfect.  Finally I got in on the action too.



Then he wanted to take it to private chat.  



I have never laughed this hard in my life.  He'll be speaking with the proper channels.  In the meantime all of local in system thinks the permits are useless now.  We managed to piss off two birds with one stone.  Maybe we'll get a wardec out of it.
